Heartwood houses are both decorative and extremely
functional.
All our designs are original and are handcrafted in
Mississippi from No. 1 select grade Deep Swamp Cypress - no knots, no cracks, no
sapwood. Naturally decay and rot resistant, Cypress is rated the most durable
wood in North America. Unpainted and untreated, it will last more than a
lifetime outdoors. And it's non-toxic to wildlife. Roof shingles are hand-made,
one at a time, from Western Cedar and feature solid copper trim pieces.
