Terms & Conditions of Designation

All members must adhere to the following terms and conditions for the designation Admitted to The Registry of Nature Habitats TM. 

• The designation Admitted to The Registry of Nature Habitatstm remains the property of Woodside Gardens and A Bird's Home.
• The designation may be displayed only in the following manner:
  • The property located at "Location" has been Admitted to The Registry of Nature HabitatsTM.
  • "Members Name" has been Admitted to The Registry of Nature Habitats TM.
• The designation may be used for non-commercial use only.
• Property must remain in good standing as a nature habitat or it will be removed from the registry and use of the property designation must cease.
• Members must remain in good standing or use of the designation for members must cease.
• Only the property admitted may use the designation.
