The Basso Profundo Journey

Gentle breezes caress the imagination

as the mind wanders through lands yet untrod.

Tis things like these that take our hearts beyond

the fetters wrought in this present time and world.

Through the sweet melody played by the wind

we find a smile and a thought that's fond.

Grace then emerges majestic to renew our inside song

and take us there o'er endless sea and sod.

Hence, we traverse to that place for which we long

And there, our troubles come unfurled.

-T. B. Morgan 2001
